    Description

Vintage original Final Shooting Script from the Pilot Episode
(and the sole episode) from the 1980's police-themed comedy,
    SLICKERS
, produced by Paramount Television Production, about a big city cop who finds himself transferred to a small town and partnered with an easy-going Sheriff.
The cast is headed by Michael Richards and Dana Carve
y and features Brandon Call, Kristi Somers, Richard B. Shull, Alice Hirson, Rick Ducommun, and Luis Avalos.
Written by Chris Thompson and dated April 1, 1985
, this Final Shooting Script consists of two acts in 45 pages that is preceded by a two-page "Short Rundown" (which breaks the episode down by each scene) which were 3-hole punched and bound with two brass brads between a light orange cardstock front and back cover. As indicated by the handwriting on the front cover,
this particular script below to a crewmember from the Sound Department
    (initials "W.R.") and
includes various handwritten notes in blue Sharpie
indicating the movement of actors, the movement of the sound boom ("Follow Elliot to Desk"), etc. It is complete in overall very fine condition with some light signs of surface discoloration on the front cover along the side edges; a 1 in. diagonal crease on the bottom right corner; and similar signs of discoloration on the back cover. There are no missing pages, tears, stains, or other flaws.
Apparently this series never took off and only this Pilot Episode was released, making this the only script from this television series.
