Vintage Hand Painted novelty cotton Mexican Mexico full skirt L XL rockabilly

I just bought this, but it's a bit too big for me. Relisting.....
This adorable little vintage skirt appears to be home sewn-SO UNIQUE-you'll have the only one around!

Made from a cotton or cotton blend material. NOT thin like a bed sheet. Quality bolted fabric.
Unlined.
Designs have been outlined in glitter paint.
styling:
Fastens with ties on each side of the waist. Made to mimic a 50s Mexican tourist circle skirt, BUT PLEASE NOTE....
1. Looking at the fabric, this appears to still be vintage but of newer construction...maybe 60s?
2. This isn't a true circle skirt. More of an extremely exaggerated A line. There's a lot of fabric here and it JUST falls short of being a true circle, but you won't get a petticoat slip under it.
Measurements:
29in long
waist is adjustable.....measured across....
21in across (42inches total) is the MAX waist size it will hold BUT at this sizing you will have a bit a skin showing through at the waist ties
You can cinch in the ties for a smaller waist....here's some guidance....
I have a 28in waist and even bunching up the ties, this is too big for me. My best guestimate is that a 32/33 in waist would work well and then fit up to a 42 as noted above.
Condition:
I don't see any stain, repairs or issues to note. There are a couple of areas where the glitter paint is on the white portion of the skirt instead of the design, but honestly, it just looks like fleks on the skirt. (see photo)
