These inserts feature 3.2 mm of softec cushioning and a thinsulate insulation layer to keep your feet warm. These easily slide right into any shoe and are highly recommended for those with plantar fasciitis. To mold this orthotic to the shape of your foot- simply throw them in the oven or wear repeatedly. Arch support has never been easier. Recommended for cool conditions and high volume footwear like: winter boots- hiking and mountaineering boots- work boots and snowboard boots.
