This is a Sweet Little A-Line Apron Style Skirt from Delias feauring Cute Little Side Ties and a Scalloped Hem trimmed in Red Piping. The Embroidered Pansy Flowers are so sweet! Labeled a size 3/4 with a Waist Measurement at 29" , Hips at 38" and a Length at 21". Purchased this back in 1998. In New Condition without tags. I Never wore this. :-)
